The Pristine Executive Apartment is located above double garages in a private resident home. The apartment access is via a private interior staircase. Since it is only over the double garage, you never have anyone below you to create noise/disturbance to your serene enjoyment of your private retreat.

The apartment itself is an open floor plan with fully equipped gourmet kitchen opening into the living area, equipped with a comfy sofa with leg lifts, wifi, ceiling fan, 47" flat screened TV (of course with remote control). The master bedroom has a double closet complete with a wall safe like you would have in any upscale hotel. The kitchen and bath with walk-in shower both are complete with granite, travertine and that special flair completed with mosaic tiles.
The apartment is decorated for the discriminating and comes fully equipped the finest-Denver mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, hotel quality linens and towel sets and of course the well-equipped kitchen. It is 700 square feet with 2 TVs, internet, wifi and private washer/dryer. Whether you choose to utilize it or not, there is a built-in alarm system (I have never had a tenant that has felt the need to use the alarm system) and interior stairway entrance.

It is foam insulated to both climatize and sound-proof the apartment for the maximum in comfort and quiet enjoyment.

The apartment is fully furnished, equipped and ready for your arrival.

There is guest parking in the lite front space within the fence for off-street parking.

There is easy access to public transportation whether you would like to use a bus, an express bus, or Amtrak station which is only a few miles down North Lamar and easily accessible if you want a day or night on the town without bothering with parking downtown.
