Available for stays of at least a month, this Austin furnished house is the perfect place to make your home away from home. The home is CHBO complete and boasts 3,000 square feet of space. As you explore the home, you’ll discover two spacious modern bathrooms and four stunning bedrooms to make use of.

The furnished rental in Austin with a game room is made to please. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, frameless shower, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and blackout shades.

The last two bedrooms are great for kids. One features bunk beds and a crib for the little ones. Books and toys are also available to keep children entertained. The last bedroom is on the first floor and comes with a twin daybed. This space is great for extra guests and features blackout curtains.

Through the corporate housing, you’ll enjoy an open-concept living room, two dining areas, and an open kitchen with a bar top for all your entertaining needs. The home is equipped with all the amenities you could need, such as a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a 44” Roku television with Hulu, Netflix, and other streaming capabilities.

Moving into the kitchen, you’ll find it fully equipped with modern amenities, such as a Keurig coffee maker for the morning. Basic cooking necessities, pots and pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, and more are ready for use when you get to the home.

One of the coolest parts of this Austin furnished home is the game room. It comes with a daybed and trundle to sleep two guests. It also offers air hockey, a ping pong table, as well as board games, puzzles, and books for kids.

PARKING
The garage can fit up to 2 vehicles along with your river floats, kayaks, canoes and anything else you may travel with! Driveway parking is limited to 2 vehicles OR 1 residential vehicle and an RV (there is a hookup outside!)

PLEASE READ: We require cleanings every two weeks for our guests. This fee will be added to the total depending on the length of the booking ($140 every two weeks). The $450 initial cleaning fee is for the deep clean at checkout. This is non-negotiable. We will contact you to schedule these cleanings.
