~ Master Bedroom ~ A spacious room with a Queen bed, desk, an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub, separate shower, dual vanities, and walk-in closet. You'll also have a private entrance onto a deck with comfy lounge seating.
~ Bedroom Two ~ Full bed with an adjustable bed frame and a rollaway desk which you can use against the wall, or roll it right over the bed so you can not only work from home but work from your bed! You also have your own private door to access a deck with seating and stairs leading down to the yard and pool. 
~ Bedroom Three ~ Full bed with an adjustable bed frame and a rollaway desk like bedroom two. Also features a stationary exercise bike with a desk, as well as exercise bands, weights, and foam rollers. You'll have a door leading directly to the backyard. 
~ Bathroom Two - A full bathroom with combo shower/bathtub, located off the hallway between bedrooms two and three. 
~ Bathroom Three - A half bathroom conveniently located between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The living area features a large flat-screen TV, books, and a selection of board games.

 The kitchen is fully updated and home chef ready with stainless steel appliances, and black cabinetry, and features a large breakfast nook with seating for up to six. Move to the dining room where you'll find seating for six and a cozy fireplace. Head through the dining room door to access another private deck with outdoor dining furniture. 

The backyard is fully fenced, has ample high-quality furniture for pool-side lounging, has an outdoor kitchen and grill, and a perfect lagoon-like pool with float toys. Please note that the jacuzzi does not have a heater! The pool remains a lovely temperature during hot Austin summers.
