$1500 deposit to reserve property. Deposit turns into a damage deposit upon move in.

80% of deposit returned if you must cancel and you cancel 30 days prior to your move in date.

50% if cancelled 15 days prior.

Final payment due 15 days prior to your check in date in order to maintain your reserved days.

No moneys will be returned if trip cancelled after that final payment due date.

Please ask for and read House Rules prior to booking your stay.

Violation of these House Rules will cause immediate removal from property.

15% Occupancy Tax charge for stays under 30 days.

All extra fees will be collected via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App
