Very peaceful and comfortable luxury furnished condo. Beautiful views of the surrounding hills from your balcony. Texas flair and authentic and rustic d├ęcor throughout. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, with some one of a kind items that give it real character and reflect its lake and hill country surroundings. This is a great place for those who like peace and quiet yet want to be an easy drive from the city and the University of Texas.

High vaulted ceilings, real fire place, fully equipped, light and very quiet. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV, cable and internet. Remodeled bathroom with slate tile shower and double vessel sinks. New granite counters throughout. Vintage artwork along with Austin-themed paintings by local artists make this a warm and welcoming place to call home. A variety of books and antiques along side newly purchased contemporary furnishings (mostly Restoration Hardware and Crate & Barrel). This condo would be well suited for someone relocating to Austin or taking an extended vacation or here for a short contract/assignment. One assigned parking space. Friendly complex has a great pool, jacuzzi and gym. This is direct from the owner, no agents involved, near the 360 bridge in the elegant North West Hills area of Austin (near Davenport Village). Wholefoods Market less than 15 minutes drive, along with Arboretum shopping and restaurants. A 10 minute drive to Lake Travis and an easy walk to the public boat ramp for Lake Austin.
